If Lincoln Days is anything, it certainly is social. After all, it is the support of the community that ensures the success of the luncheon and the festival, from the hard-working volunteers to those who simply just attend the various events. We always look for new ways to reach out to our community and beyond, using both traditional and new media.

Today, we are extending that reach by announcing our new Twitter feed. In fact, if we have done our job correctly, this post should result in our first tweet! You can view our tweets and follow us on Twitter by visiting www.twitter.com/lincolndays/.

A following post will discuss what we are doing with social media. For now, we are just excited to make our first post to Twitter.
